RESERVATION

Once the reservation has been made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming the validity of the reservation along with all the corresponding information. If you do not receive the confirmation of the reservation or if any information in the confirmation is incorrect, please contact the restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you have been asked for a guarantee card at the time of booking, nothing will be charged in advance.

Please, remember that your reservation is subject to our cancellation policy: if you cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation, no fee will be charged on your credit card.

After this deadline or in case of no-show, a charge of 70 euros for each person who has not attended will be made to your credit card.

However, on the day of the reservation we grant 15 minutes of courtesy from the scheduled time so that you can enjoy the gastronomic experience at El Romero without any worries.

Changes to reservations can be requested with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via email info@elromero.bio. Modifications will be subject to the restaurant’s availability.

ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

It is very important that during the booking process you tell us about any type of allergy or food intolerance so that we can adapt our gastronomic proposal to your needs; otherwise, the current menus will be offered without any modifications.

El romero is a certified gluten-free restaurant; please consider that, due to the small size of the kitchen, we are not able to guarantee the absence of traces and cross contamination of other allergens except for gluten.

SMOKERS

In order to let everybody enjoy the gastronomic experience at El romero, we kindly ask our customers not to smoke in the outdoor terrace space, including electronic cigarettes.

CHILDREN

If you come with children and/or strollers, please click on “add a comment” so we can take it into account.

Children are always welcome, but please consider the nature of our menus and that we do not have a children’s menu or special dishes for them.
