Our tasting menus

We imagine our menus as journeys in which each product expresses its authenticity while also breaking away from conformity.

Mediodía Light

Our “business lunch” formula: 3 courses and 1 dessert to choose from the “Classic” menu options (available on weekday lunchtimes).

Menus are subject to changes based on market availability. All dishes in our menus are 100% gluten-free and suitable for celiacs.

Fish and seafood served raw, marinated, pickled, or salted comply with the hygiene requirements of Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 (prior freezing).
