Our Cancellation Policy 

We work with fresh, seasonal products specifically selected for each guest. To ensure the sustainability of our project:

✓ Free Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your reservation at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

✓ Attendance Guarantee: For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show, a fee of €85 per person will be charged to the credit card provided. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance do not allow for free cancellation due to the prior preparation of the ingredients.

✓Grace Period: We know unexpected events happen; therefore, we will hold your table for a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled time.

Allergies and Intolerances: We want to take care of you 

To offer a safe service tailored to your needs:

✓ it is essential to inform us of any allergies or intolerances at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee modifications to the current menus.

✓ El Romero is a celiac-friendly space. Regarding other allergens, due to the small size of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces or cross-contamination, especially with fish and shellfish. We appreciate your understanding.

Enjoyment and Atmosphere

✓ Smoke-free space: To protect the sensory experience and the flavor of our dishes, we kindly ask our guests not to smoke on our terrace (including e-cigarettes).

✓ Children at El Romero: Children are welcome as long as they feel comfortable enjoying our tasting menus. Please note that the experience is designed to be enjoyed without haste, with a usual duration of 1.5 to 2 hours, and we do not offer specific children’s menus.
